2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Transaction data — records of listings, purchases, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform.
  • Browser and device information — browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • IP address — for security, fraud prevention, and OFAC compliance screening.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity.

3. What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not store your private keys or wallet seed phrases. Ever.
  • We do not collect payment card numbers directly — all card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Platform, including processing listings and purchases.
  • To verify your identity and comply with KYC/AML and OFAC requirements.
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, transactions, and support requests.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • To improve the Platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
  • To send transactional notifications (purchase confirmations, withdrawal alerts, price alerts) that you have opted into.
