Risk Disclosure

Please read this disclosure carefully before making any purchase on Presello. All purchases of digital credits are at your own risk.

Important Notice

Presello is a peer-to-peer resale marketplace for digital credits. Presello is not an exchange, not a broker, and not a financial advisor. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to purchase any digital asset. All purchases are at the buyer's own risk.

1. Pre-Sale Token Risk

Pre-sale tokens are inherently high-risk digital assets. They may have limited or no liquidity, may never be listed on a public market, and may lose all or substantially all of their value. Many pre-sale projects fail to deliver on their roadmap, experience significant delays, or cease operations entirely. The discount tiers on Presello (5% to 95% below reference price) reflect the speculative nature of these assets. A higher discount does not make a purchase safer — it may indicate higher risk.

2. Presello Is Not an Exchange

Presello facilitates peer-to-peer resale of digital credits at fixed discount tiers. It does not operate an order book, does not provide market-making services, does not offer leverage or margin, and does not execute trades in the traditional sense. Presello is a consignment marketplace. Sellers deposit tokens; buyers purchase them at a fixed discount. The FIFO queue determines fulfillment order — not price discovery.

3. Reference Price Limitations

Reference prices displayed on Presello are sourced from external providers (such as CoinGecko, DEX aggregators, or issuer-provided data) and are used solely as a baseline for calculating discount tiers. These reference prices may not reflect current market conditions, may be delayed, and may differ from prices available on other platforms. You should conduct your own research and verify pricing independently before making any purchase.

4. AI Screening Does Not Guarantee Legitimacy

Presello employs automated AI screening using Token Sniffer, GoPlus, BSCScan contract analysis, and Groq-powered sentiment analysis to assign risk ratings to listed projects. These ratings are informational tools only. They are not guarantees of project quality, security, or legitimacy. A "low risk" rating does not mean a project is safe. AI models can produce false positives and false negatives. You should not rely solely on Presello's risk ratings when making purchase decisions.

5. Smart Contract Risk

All token deposits and withdrawals are processed through audited smart contract vaults deployed on the blockchain. While these contracts have undergone professional security audits, no audit can guarantee the complete absence of vulnerabilities. Smart contracts are immutable once deployed and may be subject to exploits, bugs, or unforeseen interactions with other protocols. By depositing tokens or making purchases, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of interacting with blockchain-based smart contracts.

6. Regulatory Uncertainty

The regulatory landscape for digital assets is evolving and varies significantly across jurisdictions. There is no guarantee that the legal status of digital credits, pre-sale tokens, or platforms like Presello will remain unchanged. Changes in law or regulation could restrict, limit, or prohibit your ability to use the Platform, hold certain tokens, or complete transactions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Irreversibility of Transactions

All purchases on Presello are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is confirmed and tokens are released from the vault, the transaction is recorded on the blockchain and cannot be reversed. Presello does not offer chargebacks, refunds, or dispute resolution for completed purchases. Buyers must accept a disclaimer acknowledging these terms before every purchase.

8. Project and Issuer Risk

Issuers register projects on Presello by completing a registration form and AI screening process (free during early access; standard registration fees apply after the early access period ends). Presello does not independently verify the claims, business plans, or financial projections of any project or issuer. The presence of a project on Presello does not constitute an endorsement. Projects may fail, pivot, be abandoned, or turn out to be fraudulent despite screening. You should conduct thorough due diligence on any project before purchasing its tokens.

9. Wallet and Private Key Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and authentication credentials. Loss of access to your wallet or private keys may result in permanent loss of your digital assets. Presello cannot recover lost wallets, private keys, or tokens sent to incorrect addresses. Always verify wallet addresses before initiating any transaction.

10. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on Presello — including project descriptions, risk ratings, discount tiers, reference prices, AI screening results, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to purchase or sell any digital asset. You should consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any purchase decisions.

11. Acknowledgment

By using Presello, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you are aware of the risks described herein, and that all purchases of digital credits on this Platform are made at your own risk. You agree that Presello LLC shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform.
